Mail Client Settings

Use the following connection settings when configuring your mail client

Under Account Settings:

Username: Your full email address (e.g. user.n@tech-tav.com)
Password: Use the email account’s password
Incoming details:
- Server: mail.tech-tav.com
- POP3 Port: 995 with SSL authentication
Outgoing details:
- Server: mail.tech-tav.com
- SMTP Port: 465 with SSL authentication
- Requires Authentication using same credentials as incoming server

Use the following connection settings when configuring GMAIL

Under Settings > Accounts and Import > Add a mail account:

Email address: Your full email address (e.g. joe.b@tech-tav.com)
Select Import emails from my other account (POP3)
Password: as provided
POP3 Server: mail.tech-tav.com
Port: 995
Select Label incoming messages
Select Yes, I want to be able to send mail as …
Provide name and select Treat as an alias and set the reply to address as your TT email
SMTP Server: mail.tech-tav.com
Port: 465

Use the following details to connect to mail using a web browser (WebMail)

Navigate to http://webmail.tech-tav.com:2096 and log in using your email address and password
