Management Team
Miriam Lottner, VP Business Development(BA, economics and political science): Responsible for single source project development and management of the client services team. Miriam is a featured speaker at Israeli STC events on project and documentation management and effective single sourcing means and methods. She has successfully managed more than 500 large-scale documentation projects during her tenure at Tech-Tav. Miriam was formerly director of operations and staffing specialist for international media, banking, retail organizations; and was distribution and logistics manager for a large American corporation.

(BA, Linguistics): Robin is responsible for management of the client services team, project management and new project development. She brings years of experience in documentation and localization project management. Robin has planned and managed scores of documentation projects including RFP responses, product release documentation sets and various cross-departmental efforts. In addition, Robin has written numerous style and procedure guides.

(BSc, Mechanical Engineering; product & project management certification): Senior technical writer, single sourcing specialist. Experienced in application development under Windows, Unix/Linux and mainframe. Telephony hardware and software, including switches, PBXs and network protocols. XML and related technologies. Moved several large organizations from MS Word and Framemaker authoring environments to XML-based single sourcing environment with publishing to print, PDF, HTML Help, Web and Knowledge Base systems. World renown consultant and trainer in XML authoring/publishing applications and single sourcing solutions. Programming languages include Fortran, C, C++, Java, Ruby, Python.

(BA with emphasis on Mathematics, Engineering and Physics): Technical writer, network administrator and project manager. Extensive experience in network design, management and support in large, multinational corporation including ventures in streaming media, animation production and financial services. Certified by Microsoft and CompTIA, trained on multiple Cisco devices and accepted as a member of the Project Management Institute.

(PhD dissertation on "The Diffusion of Innovation"; MBA, Finance and Production; MA, Economics; BSc, Mechanical Engineering): Formerly, Senior Marketing Research Analyst, Manager of Pricing and Forecasting, and Manager of Marketing Services at the Xerox Corporation. Following Aliya, Sam was manager of Motorola's Business Planning and Control Department. Before coming to Tech-Tav, he was a management consultant and directed large projects in several different industries.
