Strategic Consulting
For select customers only, Tech-Tav provides a complementary 2-hour strategic consulting session designed to put together a high-level strategy for your company or technology. We go through the major milestones and issues, such as when to raise money and how much, what the best potential target market is for your product, pricing strategy, distribution, main obstacles to market adoption and a variety of other issues that will put you on track. This extraordinarily valuable session is particularly useful to companies who have excellent technology but are challenged when it comes to their value proposition, funding, management, staffing or go-to-market. It is also targeted for companies who are considering a specific strategic direction and are looking for an outside opinion to validate or play “devil’s advocate”.
