Meet Adina (pictured far right):
- mom of 8,
- grandmother of 3,
- whole wheat baker extraordinaire and
- preeminent technical writer.
In a hi-tech climate and profession known for employees jumping and bumping from job to job and customer to customer, Adina Sherer is a rare commodity. She has been a Tech-Tav writer for the last decade and a half, servicing her customers with a smile, a can-do attitude and, on many occasions, a plate of freshly-baked goodies.
Adina holds a master's degree in computer science and depends on her deep technical background to understand her customers’ technologies. In fact, we have yet to meet an engineer who hasn’t loved working with her.
Yoni Palmer, Adina’s manager at ECI Telecom since 2006, says, “Adina is at the heart of our documentation efforts at ECI. Shlomo Sagir
Member of the Tech-Tav Technical Writing Team Since 2009
In the relatively short time since Shlomo joined Tech-Tav, he has distinguished himself as a real superstar. His main responsibilities are to the Microsoft CMPiX team documenting their Forefront Endpoint Protection product. In his spare time, Shlomo also serves as Tech-Tav’s IT manager for remote employees, Author-it Webhelp output customization guru and is an all-around nice guy willing to pitch in whenever the need arises.
Shlomo’s computer programming background has made him a real asset to the Microsoft product documentation team and to Tech-Tav. His supervisor at Microsoft says, “he’s smart, focused, and picks things up very quickly. And he gets things done.”
We at Tech-Tav second that observation and we wish Shlomo continued success in his Tech-Tav career.
Shlomo is a native of the UK. He currently lives in Yad Binyamin, Israel, with his wife, Sharon, and their four adorable children.
