Tech-Tav employs top technical experts and the best technical writers available. But hiring the best is not enough. Tech-Tav invests extensively in continuing professional education for the staff and in maintaining a high level of job satisfaction. The result is that turnover at Tech-Tav is unusually low. We are proud of the fact that most of our technical writers on staff have been with us 7 years or more.

- A. Weisberg (BA, Programming Certificate): Formerly software engineer. Database programming, software design and programming creating Visual Basic applications for the web, specifically online shopping applications.
- A. Wiederman. (BA, Web Programming): Datacom and telecom hardware and software, software design, application and web development, database programming. Formerly application and web developer.
- B. Hirschfeld (PhD, Chemical Engineering): Software engineering, algorithm development. Has developed simulators, signal analyzers, number crunchers, and printing engine. Programming languages: Fortran, Pascal, Assembler, Basic, C, C++. Formerly doctoral instructor in the mathematics and computer science department of Bar Ilan University: officer in Army Corps of Engineers.
- D. Chili (BA, English Language and Literature): Develops user and administration guides, installation guides, configuration guides, end-user guides; API developer's and reference guides, and overview guides. Expertise includes MS Word 98-2010, Author-it, Acrobat Writer, Doxygen, Visio, Infopath, SnagIT and Paint Shop Pro.

- J. Weiner (BA, MSc Coursework, Computer Science): Over 20 years of IT experience in systems development, analysis, integration, and documentation. Formerly supported US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) satellite navigation acquisitions as information security engineer; wrote information security requirements and documentation for security certification and authorization package. Former mathematics instructor.

- S. Bartsion (BEd Coursework): Experience in telecom and semiconductor fields, including many years as documentation manager of a chipset designer/manufacturer. Wide experience in working with multi-national customers. Experienced in ISO9000:2001 requirements and worked closely with QA Managers and auditors on 2 separate occasions to achieve ISO9000:2001 certification. Experienced in minutes of meetings, editing, marcom writing including presentations, press releases and graphic design for convention posters and leaflets, as well as designing intricate electrical diagrams from rough sketch. Expertise in large-scale documentation conversions and single sourcing using AuthorIT and Framemaker . Formerly QA engineer specializing in telephony, IVR, and VOIP. Worked in UNIX and MySQL environments.
- Sh. Levy (BEd, English, Translation): Experience includes software documentation for print and online help, localization and editing end-user guides, hardware documentation and template design. Experienced with MS Word 2007, AuthorIT, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, MadCap Flare and Visio. Eight years of experience in translation and editing from Hebrew to English and English to Hebrew.
